Joining Truly is completely free for engineers. We earn a commission percentage on each transaction when you successfully get hired through our platform. There are no upfront costs or subscription fees.

Yes! You have complete control over your hourly or monthly rates during registration. You can update your rates at any time from your dashboard. When a company sends a request for your rate, our administrators will review and approve the request. The final rate for the engagement is determined by Truly upon approval and after both parties sign the NDA documents.

All payments are processed securely through the Truly platform on a monthly basis. Companies pay Truly monthly, and Truly pays you according to the agreed terms. Payments are made monthly with invoices issued to companies, and you will receive your payment accordingly. You can withdraw earnings via bank transfer or other supported payment methods. All payments must go through our platform - direct payments outside the platform are not permitted.

Before a request is approved, Truly will send NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) documents that both you and the company must sign. This ensures confidentiality and protection for both parties. Once both parties have signed the NDA, the request can be approved and the engagement can begin.

All contracts are entered into directly with Truly (operated by Delix Ltd, BULSTAT: BG204861966). You do not have a direct contract with the company - your contract is with Truly, which provides security and ensures all payments are processed correctly.

When you find an engineer you'd like to work with, you can send a request for their rate. Our platform administrators will review your request. Before approval, we'll send NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) documents for both you and the engineer to sign. Once both parties have signed the NDA, we'll approve the request and determine the final rate for the engagement. All engineers on Truly go through a rigorous verification process before being approved.

You only pay when you successfully hire an engineer through our platform. All payments are processed on a monthly basis through invoices issued by Truly. Each month, we issue an invoice to your company with a maximum payment period of one month. For non-fixed-price contracts, the invoice includes a timesheet with the hours worked. All payments must be made through the Truly platform - you pay Truly, and Truly pays the engineer. Direct payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited. Truly is operated by Delix Ltd, registered in Bulgaria (BULSTAT: BG204861966). For companies outside of Bulgaria, VAT is not charged on our services in accordance with Bulgarian and EU tax regulations for B2B services. For companies within Bulgaria, standard VAT rates apply as per Bulgarian tax law. All invoices will clearly indicate the VAT status based on your company's location.

We offer support for finding replacement engineers when needed. If you're not satisfied with an engineer's work, contact our support team and we'll help you find a replacement. Our team is responsible for ensuring quality and will work with you to resolve any issues. All contracts are with Truly, so we handle the replacement process.

Yes! If you have talented people (engineers, designers, PMs) currently available or between projects (on the bench), you can add them to our platform. This helps them find new opportunities while showcasing your company's talent pool. The process is free and straightforward - go to your company dashboard, navigate to the talent/bench section, and click 'Add to bench'. You'll complete a quick onboarding where you provide their profile information, skills, experience, and CV. Once submitted, our team will review and approve the talent profile.
